2. Visiting this website (server log files)

The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich in Germany. When you visit it, the server processes technically necessary access data: IP address, date and time, page requested, amount of data transferred, browser and operating system. This serves the secure and stable operation of the website. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. IP addresses are stored anonymised in the access logs. The host processes the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).

3. No cookies, no tracking, no third-party content

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools and loads no third-party content; fonts and images are stored on our own webspace. The language switch (German/English) stores nothing on your device.

4. Contact by e-mail

If you write to us by e-mail, we process your details to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Our e-mail service is Microsoft 365; Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited processes e-mails on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR). A transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out; Microsoft is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We delete your enquiry once it has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply. Section 4a applies to expressions of interest in the 1UP Blueprint pilot. Please do not send us health data or personal data of third parties.

4a. Interest in the 1UP Blueprint pilot

If you tell us by e-mail that you are interested in taking part in the pilot, we process your name, your organisation, your contact address and your message so that we can let you know once taking part becomes possible. We use these details only for this and for a possible conversation about the pilot, not for newsletters or other advertising. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to a possible contract). Your e-mail stays in our mailbox kontakt@unleashing-potential.de; section 4 applies to the e-mail service and a possible transfer to the USA. Only Nathan Schäfer has access. We keep your details until the pilot places have been filled, but for no more than twelve months after your e-mail arrives, and then delete them. We delete them earlier if you ask us to; an informal e-mail is enough.

5. Booking appointments via Microsoft Bookings

For appointments we link to a Microsoft Bookings page; clicking the link takes you off this website. We process the data you enter there (e.g. name, e-mail address, preferred time, your message) to arrange and hold the appointment (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited processes this data on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR); section 4 applies to a possible transfer to the USA. Microsoft's privacy notice also applies to the booking page itself. We delete appointment data once it is no longer needed for its purpose, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
