1:1 Leadership Sparring & Development Partnership
Someone to think through demanding decisions with, and continuous support for your development as a leader.
We reflect on specific situations, question assumptions and work out next steps for your working day. Depending on your concern, we combine systemic coaching, professional input and practical exercises.
As occasional sparring or as longer-term work with agreed goals and regular joint reviews of where you stand.

What coaching is and what it is not
Coaching supports healthy people in reflecting on their professional role and personal matters, and in continuing to develop. It is not psychotherapy and does not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.
Frequently asked questions
Is coaching one-to-one or team work?
Both. We work in 1:1 coaching with individual leaders and in team sparring with leadership teams.
Who are leadership sparring and development partnership suitable for?
New leaders after a promotion, experienced leaders in situations of change, and senior management looking for a sparring partner.
What does my employer learn if they pay for the coaching?
At the start we agree together which information the client organisation receives. Session content remains confidential. Goals, organisational details and any closing feedback are shared only to the extent agreed in advance.
Is coaching therapy?
No. Coaching is aimed at healthy people and their professional and personal development. It does not replace psychotherapeutic or medical treatment.
